RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Exclusivity and Quality Assurance: Due to the exclusive nature and unique craftsmanship of each design, HIBYAH does not offer exchanges or refunds on any orders. We take immense pride in delivering flawless products and ensuring your order meets the highest standards. Every order undergoes a comprehensive four-stage quality control process.

Return and Exchange Policy:

Size Issues: Refer to our size chart to ensure the correct size is ordered. Should your order not fit well, we are happy to offer a size exchange or store credit. Refunds are not available for size issues.

Non-Refundable Items: All outlet pieces, discontinued items, hijabs/scarves (due to hygiene reasons), made-to-measure pieces, and pre-order items are final sale and strictly non-refundable. Exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Conditions for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the product must be returned in its original condition, with tags attached, unworn, and without any odours or perfumes. Items must not be damaged or marked. Claims for faulty items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the original address.

Exchange Process:

Authorization: Request an exchange authorization from our returns department within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing order@hibyah.co.uk or info@hibyah.co.uk with your order number and reason for the exchange. Authorized exchanges will be processed within 10 days, subject to item availability

.Return Shipping Costs: Customers must cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked postage method to ensure safe delivery, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels.

Refund Policy:

Faulty Items: To be eligible for a refund due to a faulty item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund Process: If your return is accepted, we will provide store credit or a replacement within 7-10 working days upon receiving the returned item.
