Ordering & Shipping

Processing Time: Please allow 48 hours for packing before shipment of ready-made orders. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

UK Delivery: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons. Choose your preferred delivery method at checkout; all options include tracking.

DHL Express Shipping: Expect delivery 3-4 working days after dispatch, with tracking and signature required. Local customs and tax fees are applicable.

International Delivery

Canada/US/Worldwide: Orders are shipped via DHL Express, with delivery 3-4 working days after production completion. Tracking and signature required. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking and may incur additional fees after the second failed delivery attempt.

Production

Handmade Orders: All designs are handmade upon order. Allow 1-2 weeks for production, extending to 4-5 weeks during peak periods. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order is ready to ship.

Delivery Promotions

Shipping promotions cannot be combined with other offers and typically do not apply to international orders unless specifically mentioned.

International Taxes & Duties

HIBYAH is not liable for delays due to customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. If customs non-compliance leads to parcel return, additional fees will apply. Check local customs regulations before placing your order.
